Official information about Fillfolio

Fillfolio is portfolio and net-worth tracking software for supported investments, crypto holdings, bank balances and manual records. Available connections and features depend on your plan, institution and account permissions.

Last reviewed: . This public reference describes the product; it does not access anyone’s financial account.

Product and audience

VMPRO LLC operates Fillfolio. The product serves people who want to review their tracked investments and net worth across multiple accounts.

Fillfolio does not place trades, transfer funds, take custody of assets or sign wallet transactions. Financial connections retrieve supported account data; you can edit your own manual records in Fillfolio. Fillfolio does not provide investment, tax or legal advice.

Track supported stocks, ETFs, funds, crypto, cash and liabilities while retaining their account and source details. Add manual holdings and transactions for supported records you maintain yourself. Net worth covers the records you add; it cannot include unrecorded assets or debts.

Features and connected tools

Spending & Budgets

Eligible plans: ULTRA, HYPER

Track posted bank spending and income from supported accounts with a separate spending opt-in for each bank. Balances-only connections remain available. Bank spending stays separate from investment activity and does not get subtracted again from an imported bank balance. Set monthly category budgets for each currency. Limits repeat into following months without rollover; changes apply from the selected month forward. Pending transactions do not count toward posted spending.

Google Sheets™ add-on

Eligible plans: PRO, ULTRA, HYPER

Manually sync available Fillfolio portfolio data to the current Google spreadsheet. Sync is one-way, and spreadsheet edits do not change Fillfolio or refresh connected institutions. Eligible accounts can also sync bank transactions, spending summaries and budgets after approving Spending data separately for that spreadsheet.

Read-only MCP access

Eligible plans: PRO, ULTRA, HYPER

An eligible paid user can authorize a compatible AI client for read-only access to supported Fillfolio data. Each client needs its own approval, and you can revoke access in Settings. MCP cannot trade, move money, change holdings or budgets, or refresh providers.

Google Data Studio reports

Eligible plans: ULTRA, HYPER

Use the Sheets add-on to prepare a combined portfolio, spending and budget report in Google Data Studio. The report uses an exported snapshot and requires an eligible Spending & Budgets plan plus separate Spending export permission for the spreadsheet.

Notion page exports

Eligible plans: PRO, ULTRA, HYPER

Preview a stored portfolio report in Fillfolio, then approve saving it as a new child page under a Notion page you authorize. Page exports use the Notion API and do not require Notion AI. A saved review does not update itself or change Fillfolio.

Eligible accounts can download available XLSX, CSV and ZIP reports. The browser extension offers limited public exact-ticker price lookup; personal holdings require an active paid account.

Connection coverage

Bank connections cover eligible institutions in the United States and Canada on ULTRA and HYPER. Brokerage, exchange and blockchain support varies by source. Wallet tracking uses supported public addresses or extended public keys and does not require a private key or seed phrase.

A listed institution does not guarantee support for every account. Connection providers, countries, permissions and available history affect coverage. Missing prices, cost basis or exchange rates can leave values unavailable or totals incomplete. Account imports and market quotes have separate timestamps.

A missing exchange rate prevents a required currency conversion, so the affected converted value and dependent total are unavailable. A wallet may instead have balances excluded because their asset identity or price cannot be verified. In that case, totals include available priced holdings only and show an incomplete-coverage warning. Unsupported tokens stay excluded until an exact supported match is available.

AI access and permissions

An eligible paid user can authorize a compatible AI client for read-only access to supported Fillfolio data. Each client needs its own approval, and you can revoke access in Settings. MCP cannot trade, move money, change holdings or budgets, or refresh providers.

Spending and budget reads require their own permissions for each AI client. Existing portfolio permissions do not expand automatically.

Client setup and workspace eligibility depend on the AI service. A working custom connection does not establish publication in that service’s app marketplace. Use the setup guide for the client you intend to connect.

Plans and updates

Fillfolio offers paid monthly and annual subscriptions. Pricing lists current prices, included features, connection allowances and refresh limits. Some features also require separate authorization or an eligible third-party account.

Manual brokerage, wallet, and live bank balance refresh allowances are credits per month. They reset at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each calendar month, independently of monthly or annual subscription billing. Scheduled updates follow each connection's supported refresh schedule; they are separate from these manual refresh credits. A refresh does not guarantee that an institution has new data available.

Security and exported information

Does Fillfolio receive my bank or brokerage password?

No. Institution sign-in happens through your bank, brokerage or connection provider. Depending on the connection, the provider may handle and store institution credentials; they are not shared with Fillfolio. Fillfolio receives authorized account data and separate provider connection credentials for supported tracking features.

Fillfolio does not train AI models on your portfolio. An external AI service handles the information it retrieves under its own privacy, retention and data-use policies.

Downloads, spreadsheet reports and saved reviews contain financial values even when Privacy Mode hides values in Fillfolio. Revoking access stops future retrieval or exports; it does not erase copies or conversations already held by another service.

Provider certifications apply to those providers. They do not certify Fillfolio. Review the Security page for the scope of encryption and access controls, and the Privacy policy for data use and retention.
