Refund and Cancellation Policy
Fillfolio is digital SaaS access. There is no physical shipping, delivery carrier, or return process.
Digital delivery
Paid access is delivered digitally after a successful Stripe Checkout session. There are no shipping fees, physical returns, or physical delivery timelines.
Cancel anytime
Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You may cancel through the billing portal or by contacting [email protected]. Canceling stops future renewal charges and access remains available through the paid period unless stated otherwise in the app.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable and not prorated. We will review refunds for duplicate charges, billing errors, legally required refunds, or other exceptional cases approved by Fillfolio.
Disputes
If something looks wrong on a charge, contact [email protected] with the account email and receipt or invoice ID before opening a dispute so we can investigate quickly.
