Stock tracking

Stock Portfolio Tracker Across All Your Accounts

Combine stock positions across brokerages and manual records while keeping market price, quantity, cost-basis coverage, personal return, and source detail distinct.

Available reporting surfaces

A public market quote describes the stock. Your quantity, account, cost basis, and personal return describe your position. Fillfolio keeps those concepts separate, aggregates shared tickers across eligible accounts, and shows unavailable data honestly.

Shared-ticker aggregation

See a combined stock position and drill into the brokerage accounts or manual records that contribute to it.

Market move versus personal return

Trusted 24-hour market movement stays separate from total P/L based on your own reliable cost basis.

Private, read-only review

Use privacy mode and the browser extension's public ticker lookup without granting trading or custody permissions.

Workflow

A portfolio record built from real sources

  1. 01

    Connect or enter stock positions

Synchronize supported read-only brokerage holdings or create a manual stock and ledger transaction.

  2. 02

    Match exact asset identities

Canonical asset IDs prevent similarly named securities and crypto assets from resolving to the wrong page.

  3. 03

    Review exposure and available return

Compare units, current value, account sources, daily quote movement, and personal P/L coverage from the same holding view.

Example

Market data and portfolio data stay separate

A market price or 24-hour change never substitutes for missing cost basis. Personal P/L is shown only when the portfolio data supports it.

Public market price
$185.00
24-hour market move
+1.2%
Total units across accounts
40
Personal P/L
+$1,240

Questions

Straight answers about the data

Can Fillfolio combine a stock held at two brokerages?

Yes. Supported positions can aggregate into one holding while retaining account and source breakdowns.

Why can 24-hour change differ from my total P/L?

The 24-hour change describes recent public market movement. Total P/L compares current value with your own available cost basis.

What does the browser extension show?

It can identify supported public ticker data. Personal holdings require an authenticated eligible Fillfolio account.

Can Fillfolio place a stock order?

No. Connections are read-only and Fillfolio does not trade or provide investment advice.

Examples are illustrative and are not live account data. Fillfolio is portfolio tracking software, not investment, tax, or legal advice. Connected-source availability and completeness depend on the source and account type.
