Connection facts
Bank connections are included with ULTRA and HYPER for supported U.S. and Canadian accounts only. Supported checking and savings balances contribute cash, while supported credit-card balances appear as debt. Eligibility depends on the institution, country, account type, and permissions available during connection.
Balances-only connections retrieve account metadata and balances. On eligible ULTRA/HYPER accounts where Spending & Budgets is enabled, you can separately consent to bank transaction retrieval. Bank spending appears in its own workspace; the existing Transactions page remains investment activity. Available history varies by institution and the original connection window.
Yes. An institution or connection provider can change supported account types, regional coverage, permissions, or authentication requirements. Maintenance and expired authorization can also interrupt updates. A listed institution does not guarantee every account will connect.
Fillfolio's bank connection is configured for eligible institutions in the United States and Canada.
Check the connection directories, then review the accounts offered during authorization. A listed institution does not guarantee every account type will connect. Availability can change with country, institution, permissions, authentication requirements and maintenance. PRO includes supported international brokerages and exchanges. ULTRA and HYPER add supported U.S. and Canadian brokerages. Bank connections require ULTRA or HYPER and cover supported U.S. and Canadian accounts only.
