Terms of Service
These terms explain how Fillfolio subscriptions, portfolio tracking, and customer responsibilities work.
1. Service
Fillfolio provides software for tracking portfolios across stocks, ETFs, funds, crypto, currency instruments, and cash ledger activity. Fillfolio is not a broker, exchange, custodian, investment adviser, tax adviser, or legal adviser.
2. Accounts and beta access
You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for the accuracy of the portfolio data, transactions, imports, and notes you enter. During private beta, dashboard access may be limited to invited users.
3. Subscriptions
Fillfolio Pro is listed at $8 USD / month. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Prices are shown in USD. Stripe processes payments, receipts, and billing details.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a subscription at any time through the billing portal or by contacting [email protected]. Unless required by law or approved for a duplicate charge or billing error, fees already paid are not prorated or refunded.
5. No investment advice
Fillfolio displays data and calculations for recordkeeping and analysis. You are solely responsible for investment decisions, tax filings, and verifying data before relying on it.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Fillfolio to violate laws, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, or misuse payment, authentication, or market-data systems.
7. Third-party services
Fillfolio uses third-party providers such as Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for application infrastructure and D1 persistence, and market-data sources for asset discovery. Their services may have separate terms and policies.
