Terms of Service
These terms explain how Fillfolio subscriptions, portfolio tracking, connected brokerage sync, and customer responsibilities work.
1. Service and operator
Fillfolio operates the Fillfolio website and app. Fillfolio provides digital software for tracking portfolios across stocks, ETFs, funds, crypto, currency instruments, and cash ledger activity. Fillfolio is not a broker, exchange, custodian, investment adviser, tax adviser, or legal adviser.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials, using integrations only for accounts you are authorized to access, and keeping the portfolio data, transactions, imports, and notes you enter accurate. App access requires a valid authenticated account.
3. Subscriptions, payments, and cancellation
Fillfolio offers PRO, ULTRA, and HYPER subscriptions. Subscriptions renew monthly or annually until canceled, and prices are shown in USD. Stripe processes checkout, payment method handling, receipts, invoices, and billing portal access. You may cancel a subscription at any time through the billing portal or by contacting [email protected].
4. Refunds and digital delivery
Fillfolio is digital SaaS access, so there are no physical shipping, delivery, or return obligations. Unless required by law or approved for a duplicate charge, billing error, or exceptional case, fees already paid are not prorated or refunded. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.
5. SnapTrade read-only brokerage sync
Fillfolio may let you connect brokerage accounts through SnapTrade. SnapTrade connections are used for read-only account, position, balance, and activity sync. Fillfolio does not enable trading, order placement, or custody through SnapTrade. You can disconnect synced brokerages from the app, and synced data may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable when a brokerage, SnapTrade, or network service is unavailable.
6. Wallet and bank connectors
Fillfolio may let you connect wallets through Moralis and bank accounts through Teller. These connectors are used for read-only tracking and may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or limited by provider coverage. Fillfolio does not custody assets, move funds, or initiate bank transfers through these integrations.
7. No investment advice and data accuracy
Fillfolio displays data and calculations for recordkeeping and analysis. Market data, brokerage data, import results, and calculations can be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. You are solely responsible for investment decisions, tax filings, and verifying data before relying on it.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use Fillfolio to violate laws, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, scrape or overload the app, or misuse payment, authentication, market-data, brokerage, or infrastructure systems.
9. Third-party services
Fillfolio uses third-party providers such as Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payments, SnapTrade for read-only brokerage connections, Moralis for wallet data, Teller for bank connections, Cloudflare for application infrastructure and D1 persistence, Google Search Console for site ownership/search diagnostics, Google Analytics 4 when analytics consent is enabled, and market-data sources for asset discovery. Their services may have separate terms and policies.
10. Google Sheets add-on
Fillfolio may offer a Google Sheets add-on for one-way manual report sync from Fillfolio into the active spreadsheet. The add-on does not import spreadsheet edits into Fillfolio, create Drive files, run scheduled refreshes, provide custom formulas, or request trading access.
